Creating Sub-Collections on Shopify

Shopify doesn't support nested collections by default, but you can create a sub-collection structure through menus and manual linking. Here's how:

1. Create Main Collections:

   • These are your broad categories. Set them up first.

2. Create Sub-Collections:

   • These are your more specific categories, treated as regular collections in Shopify.

3. Link Sub-Collections:

   • Use your storefront's navigation to create a hierarchy, placing sub-collections under main collections in the drop-down menus.

4. Customize Your Theme:

   • To visually represent the collection hierarchy, adjust your theme's settings and design.

5. Implement Tags and Filters:

   • Organize products within sub-collections using tags, and enable filters to enhance customer navigation.
